Our vision, with our joint venture partner Mirvac is to build a fully integrated master-planned community comprising residential, employment, educational, retail, commercial and community uses on 737 ha based on sustainable development principals at Rockbank.

Opportunities

We believe in the creation of a master planned community, a mix of housing and employment opportunities, provisions of social infrastructure, access to regional parks and conservation areas, access to public transport within the Melton/Caroline Springs growth corridor.

Recognising the importance of health and education, we have teamed up with Victoria University to spearhead these deliverables at the inception of Rockbank Township.
