Our vision, with our joint venture partner Mirvac is to build a fully integrated master-planned community comprising residential, employment, educational, retail, commercial and community uses on 737 ha based on sustainable development principals at Rockbank.

Rockbank - a New Urban development

Principals commenced feasibility studies in 2001 and Jayaland was incorporated on 4 March 2002. Purchased from the Commonwealth the former defence land of 737 hectares, fronting the Western Freeway immediately north and adjacent to the township of Rockbank.

This site is the largest single holding within the Growth Corridor between Caroline Springs and Melton, and is ready for urban development.
